Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed the same day, provided they are placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping We offer standard and tracked shipping options across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 working days depending on the service selected at checkout.

European Shipping We ship to most European countries. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days. Please note that orders to EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International / Worldwide Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 working days. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@theboomerangtag.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
